Talented sports program
Our school’s Talented sports program aims to develop our student-athletes holistically, including physical performance, wellbeing and promoting high academic expectations. In partnership with multiple state and local sporting bodies, we work towards delivering world’s best practice, providing elite coaching and learning experiences at school to supplement the training and competition our students are involved in externally.

Australian Olympic Pathway Schools Program
The first-of-its-kind in Australia, Matraville Sports High School, has been chosen for the Australian Olympic Pathway Schools program.
This Australian-first initiative is in conjunction with the Australian Olympic Committee to help boost NSW’s future generations of Olympians and Paralympians.
